What is the use of the wallet and why is there an option for the use of wallet for recurring payments now? Why does the wallet money expires! This is robbery!

The app and the customer services is extremely stupid and so bad! Add credit to wallet but no option to purchase a plan by using the wallet credit! Then what for top up the credit? And the credit can't be use, it is for display purpose and wait for it to expired? The chat now agent (EL), put her/his name as AI L to mislead you are chatting with an AI, asked me thousand questions and the solution given is to uninstall and reinstall the app, then after reinstall still same but he/she escaped ady.

Hi Carmen, we'll be here to help as best as we can. Allow us to share that you'll be able to purchase your desired plan using the wallet credit by going to Me tab > Manage plan > select Get on your desired one-time plan > select hi! wallet under the Payment option. Hope this works!
