Description

Q8n Control is an app that enables wireless control of the ZOOM Q8n-4K Handy Video Recorder.
An Android device can be used as a remote control for an Q8n-4K.
Key functions, including recording, playback, stopping and searching forward, are possible.
Input levels can also be monitored.

Note: A BTA-1 wireless adapter is necessary to operate an Q8n-4K with Q8n Control.

A deeply flawed app. The bluetooth isn't persistent - you can't switch away to another app or lock the screen because if you do any of that it loses its connection to the camera. If you want to connect again, you have to go up to the camera.

You cannot control multiple cameras with the app and multiple BTA-1 units installed in the camera. Expensive lesson for sure at $50 each for 5 cameras.

grainy snowy video, using the app doesn't record to phone like even my Cheapest $40 action camera, needs work.
