Problems are not just specific to the app. Mostly the underlying service ( ISP, mail hosting, also pix app ) is really low-class. The amount of tech problems even when trying to access webmail is truly bad. A shame for an ISP, trying to picture itself as a big player. The time will come when I will get rid of their Proximus TV and ISP. I already got rid of their bad mobile phone services. I keep only their ISP and TV company pays. When I relocate then bye bye. Ex backbone NW engineer.
