I get an SMS that I was signed up to receive patient update for my son in KTPH A&E and I could check ED Bedside. As my son was in NS and no one informed me that he was in A&E, I downloaded the app, registered my son as a dependent. When I clicked the ED Bedside link in the app, I got a 'No status' message. You made me panic, download a bloody app that was useless. If I could give 0 stars I would but Google doesn't have this option.

Useless app that replicates Health Hub

Totally useless app that is laggy and difficult to use. Lab results aren’t available at times hence very unpredictable. Bigger question is why replicate something that Health Hub already covers? Is MOH too rich and like to waste tax payers money?

Stop sending me notifications to fill in questionnaires! These are totally not necessary. And also cannot even check in for appointments at polyclinic. manual scanning ic is so much more efficient.

App queue info isn’t useful but the med refill option works great!!

I was informed that there will be notification but there wasn’t. For journeys which have been completed, the check queue option is still appearing. For the future journeys, the queue hardly moved despite waiting for an hour. Doubtful if the app is really reliable in accurately informing the patient the correct status. Med refill feature works perfectly and easy to use. Information from doc was immediately visible after the appointment. The step by step flow was easy to follow through.

Kindly resolve the ui n enhance yr ux for the podiatry clinic to allow user to change appointment on app!

Notification Alert

The red dot notification alert is consistently shown on my app although I have cleared and read everything. It’s such an annoyance. I even delete and reinstall the NHG app and yet the red alert is still on the app. Would appreciate NHG fix this bug.
