Slow, unresponsive and nothing seems to work

The app takes forever to load and unresponsive in terms of loading any IDs, constantly showing "mengemaskini" on saman. Unable to search for PBT to make any form of check. Cannot comprehend on why do we still need to enter our own profile details in-terms of nationality, gender or address? Since all can be populated by JPN? Understand that BM is national language but the lack of other language for support is quite disappointing in Year 2026, moreover coming from Madani government that is promoting unity, even Singapore SingPass support all languages. Really wonder if the app has went through extensive pre-deployment check before releasing for usage. To be frank, still a long way more to have a functional app or to be even competent against SingPass which is a combination of MyDigital ID and MyGov. Spending too much on multiple app instead of focusing on making one that works is quite a showcase of a possible outgoing administration.

App are so laggy..one time IC presented but license are not..and one time IC not presented but license are..so inconsistent

Not loading

Perkhidmatan semua to boleh load. Sudah login tapi tak boleh load pun. Apps ini betul boleh guna ke tak boleh?

IC lesen passport personal detail semua tak dapat load. Pls make sure the apps working fine only release to use

Different languages

Please include English, Chinese, and Tamil, as older people might not know Malay well.
