app broke entirely with a recent update, the error: "this app cannot run on this device due to a security risk. the app will now close." I use google pixel 9 pro, with android graphene, seems like a coding bug, since there is no security risk on the contrary

the worst ever, I don't know how in Switzerland where mostly is transparent and clear this legal scam just can operate. I paid yesterday almost 20chf for an e-Sim with unlimited mobile data and so far I've neither couldn't log in the app nor the website and I've done everything they said. At the end I had to buy an e-Sim with holafly, which is more expensive but the process just can take you way less than 10 minutes and it's working quite well. Now I don't know how to get my money back from😒

doesn't even let me login... I've downloaded it, tried to update it, cleared the cache, deleted it and started over multiple times, it just doesn't work. It keeps loading forever... and then nothing.

Seit dem neusten Update funktioniert es nicht mehr, es bleibt beim OTP hängen und lädt die Seite nicht.

The worst service is in Sunrise. They offer second number for 19.90, and when bill come it's 29.90. They want to charge me for same bills 2 times, with + MANUNG! Also for Internet connection want to charge me twice. It's not small amount of money!!! But if you don't see this, you will pay it. And they don't do anything to help you! Very disappointed, if you want to get nervous come to Sunrise. I don't recommend them!!!
