Very disappointed with the estimation time of the order. Delayed 20 mins to get the drink. My order number was A348, but the Molly Tea's screen has already displayed A404 or more.

The "My Order" doesn't update from "in preparation" to "available" if the tea is ready if you order for pick-up.

The collection time not accurate
The app show able to collect, but when reach the staff told us not yet our turn and our Oder number is still way behind from completed.

slow and laggy
app interface is extremely slow and glitchy as i need to delete the app everytime i reenter the app. rewards system bar is also confusing to navigate. hope developers will make the app more efficient

there seems to be some issues with the payment as it keeps saying to choose a payment method but there is no option to even choose. So I'm basically stuck at the checkout screen and unable to order my drink.

ask me to download the app to exchange a free gift. End up no more. very bad coordination. Apps works super slow too. Seem they are not ready for opening. can skip this chain
