The clunkiest, buggiest, time-suckingest app I've ever used, in the history of apps. The decision to force us to use this abomination rather than letting us walk through the door using a perfectly good Ticketmaster app is an affront to your customers. Delete this. Start over. Repent. There's still time. This is inexcusable.

I'm trying to access tickets that my wife purchased for me, and cannot access them through Ticketmaster. Not very user friendly at all!
