Stuck on "Continue As" screen. Reinstalled and problem persist.

Can’t Sign-In on iOS 16

Screen freezes on page where you’re asked to “Continue As [Your Name]”. Clicking on it does nothing. Deleted and reinstalled but issue still persists.
