today I payed for all day parking. we are in Cornwall and don't know the parking areas. I payed to reserve 2 spaces, the app then gave me directions to the two spaces. I was very impressed. we parked in the spaces allocated and spent our day at the beech. on our return, I had 2 parking tickets from the local authority. £50 each. I challenged the council, to which he said the parking was for permit holders only. may I ask why am I getting fined when I was given the space from this App.

Terrible app. Illogical and unhelpful customer services. Set up account with 2 stage verification. Totally useless as when I then went to sign in it would accept the pin it had just sent me! I was therefore unable to access the app to pay for parking. Now uninstalled app and trying to get the bank info etc deleted by app people. so far without and return contact from them.

This app is horrendous. I went to visit some family that were visiting and staying at a hotel. it says at the car park to pay at end of visit. the app wouldn't work. took it a few days to get it to work submitted my time and my payment was £3.40. After I clicked submit i noticed it changed my end time to the current time and charged me £33.80 at which i couldn't stop it. I've complained and demanded a refund which they are refusing. I'm taking this further..
