Didn't get my item by 10pm although I did order it before 11am like they promise but I did get it the following day. Very happy with the item and fast service

So far very good like this app as going to asian marts in physical can be overwhelming especially if stuff are not translated in english, so this is helpful giving me time to check out what they have at my own pleasure, I like trying new things out so this is good I can do a quick Google check. Have loads of bargains at discounted or bulk buy rates. They also do a range of other country stuff like Afro, caribbean, though limited still good. Fast and polite delivery, Packed well

from my experience. 1. Bad delievery 2. Bad customer service. Chat bot. Only Partial refund for damaged and not delivered items. 3. App itself is not clear. You can't compare it with Temu, which is perfect with perfect customer service. I would advise: 1. to get JoyBuy+ for 1 year (about £20), unlimited delievery 2. Don't spend big sum of money. 3. Read 1*, 2*, 3 * reviews before to buy. Don't waste your time for long 5* reviews, because they are paid. 4. Google other retailers.

app is reasonable to use but this company's customer service is not so good after any purchase there is literally no customer service I advise not to purchase any goods with this company .
