The app is good, but it's frustrating to order a drink only to find out it's sold out when I arrive to collect it. This has happened more than once. The app should update stock in real time so unavailable drinks can't be ordered. It's also unfair that I couldn't get a refund after the store couldn't provide my order. Please improve the inventory system and offer automatic refunds or replacements when items are out of stock.
