hate this delivery service. I'm sick for senders using it, no proof of delivery given. don't knock the door even though I'm in. the app is awful to navigate. just as bad as evri, at least evri sends a photo of where they've dumped the parcels

what a pile of rubbish.. click here to view you 2 hour delivery slot.. so, I clicked here.. now you have to download the app, download the app! now there isn't an option for 2 hour delivery slot and neither will you get forwarded to any 2 hour delivery slot via the email.. so, far from helpful! bring back Yodel, never had issues with them. tracking information was always available and correct.
