Important app, but performance is sluggish
Having all my medical records in one place is great, but the app feels very "heavy." Navigating between my health records, appointments, and lab results often results in long loading screens or the app hanging. It requires a lot of patience to use, especially when trying to pull up a bill for payment at the kiosk. It needs a major optimization update to make the user experience as seamless as other local banking or shopping apps

Can never log in using singpass. Useless. But it is strange that there are many good reviews with 4 or 5 stars. Most of them are one liner saying "awesome", "great", etc. And those who gave 1 or 2 stars wrote paragraphs. Strange. Developer, do you notice?

Fundamental Design Issue in Payment Flow
I logged in via Singpass and the authentication was successful. When I proceeded to payment, the system correctly identified the exact bill being paid. However, I was still required to manually enter my email address and mobile number. At that point, the system already knew: • who I am • which bill I am paying • that I had authenticated via Singpass Yet it did not appear to have my contact details available for the transaction. More concerningly, the email address was requested twice within the same payment flow. Repeating the same information within a single session feels unnecessary and suggests poor integration between the authentication and payment components. If Singpass is being used for verified identity authentication, it is reasonable to expect basic contact details to be pre-filled where appropriate, or at the very least not repeatedly requested during the same transaction. Another concern relates to the calendar permission request. When attempting to add the appointment to my calendar, the system requested full access to my calendar. This raises an obvious question. If the purpose is simply to add a single appointment entry, why is full calendar access required? Granting complete access to a user’s calendar is a significant permission and does not appear necessary for such a basic function. Applications that only need to create an event typically request permission to add an event, not unrestricted access to the entire calendar. This is more than a small UX annoyance. It points to unnecessary permission requests and redundancy in the system design that should not exist in a national digital service that aims to be efficient and privacy-conscious. Please review the data flow and permission requirements across the authentication, payment, and calendar modules, and remove unnecessary manual entry steps and excessive permission requests. Users should not have to re-enter information the system already has within the same session, nor grant broader access than required for simple actions.

My wife goes to Geylang Polyclinic for dressing daily (except Sun). And the invoice does not get issued in time. So there were a few times which I missed paying (forget cos bill generation time not consistent) and the system does not allow appt registration if there are outstanding bills. And sometimes the bill payment hangs, I will then use paynow to pay but it will take 3 working days to resolve the payment status. Then my wife would have to go financial counselling cos although I have paid, the payment status is pending. So why built such a system to torture us? There is no HealthHub number to call and the HealthHub helpdesk email will route me to Geylang Polyclinic helpdesk? Can advise how cos it’s us that are suffering.
