honestly the phone experience works for the basics , being on the move a lot with no laptop running ads is a terrible experience. in the app its basically missing all core value compared to the website. the worst part is , the website doesn't work on mobile so I am abroad for weeks and can't even create a new conversion. Google support is purely AI reply bots won't recommend.

Account suspended

I have been using adwords for 10 years and my account is suspended. Unfortunately their team would not bother to call me and help me to troubleshoot, they would use a cut and paste reply via email and i have to troubleshoot myself and i dont even know what i did that was wrong. I am treated like a prisoner than a customer. Thanks google, 2014 service is better than 2024. You have progress digitally and deteriorate in humanity. Maybe im just a small one person self employed low profit generator.

Improvement needed!!!!

Hello Google, could you guys please improve the app by adding things like able to adjust biddings and cost etc......it would benifit a lot of people by just using the app without going to a computer to edit! Thank you! ;)

Cannot open

My iOS is 10+, while the app cannot be open, shut down immediately when you try to open. Why?

Lack of editing.

No option to change Maximum CPC Bidding click and Keyword planner. We can’t edit on mobile and apps. Really basic apps. Appreciate if more option added to the apps Thanks :)
