App itself is fine, but the officers themselves are useless, I wrote a detailed report and waited for almost two weeks thinking that the officers are working hard to investigate my case, in the end they gave me a phone call sounding like they just glanced through my report and told me they couldn't do anything because I did not provide a piece of information that I clearly do not have, that was their job to investigate but they just decided to close the case without even looking into it.
