Discontinued but doesn’t allow me to log out

I downloaded the new Simplygo app but I cant connect my card and can only use PayLah for top-up after logging in on the new app. it said that my card was in use so I’m assuming its still active in this app but I can’t even access my account on this EZlink app to fix it and log out. Please do something about this.

How can I deactivate my previous account?

The phone number i am changed, so cannot top up ezlink card. After a few days, the value of ezlink cannot be used. Re-registered account, my ezlink and DBS card are bound to the previous account. The new APP cannot be logged in. It's really annoying. Why did the good ezlink app stop? The current simplyGo I used before is not as simple as ezlink, so I uninstalled it.card is bound to the previous one.
