I made a withdrawal request in Dec 2024 but status stayed "processing" for more than 4 business days and I never received my withdrawal. I contacted support and they said they would investigate. After many follow ups for a year, they kept on saying they were looking into it and working to resolve it. The last agent Daniel closed my case without explanation and I still did not receive my withdrawal. I contacted support again asking for an reason but no response. Very disappointed and waste time.

Latest update: Guys, it's 100% scammer. Don't expect much from them. They have suspended my withdrawal since early of Jan 2026. I have submitted report and follow as what they guided. Since 1st report from Feb 2026 until now it's August 2026. They never process, never receive email regarding the rejection of the withdrawal. Liar always gives excuses than actual action. No doubts i am going to report this scammer to Google playstore, and also all of their apps i will report to Google.

So they apparently made the pro version for subscription even after paying for it in the play store very disappointed just a bunch of money hungry scammers.Update: August 2026; Withdrawal stuck on pending for 3 years. Avoid at all costs!
