Description

Chusko casts local videos, PDFs, and PowerPoint decks from your phone to an Android TV, another phone or tablet, or a laptop browser. Your phone keeps the file and the controls. The screen just plays.

The devices stream to each other directly. Your media never passes through our servers. A small connection handshake goes through our relay so the devices can find each other, and that is all we ever see.

Chusko sends your files. It does not mirror your screen.

HOW TO USE

1. Install Chusko on both devices. A laptop works as the screen too: open chusko.byanr.com in its browser.
2. Pick a role on each device. The projector holds the file and controls playback. The screen just displays it.
3. Pair them. Scan the QR code or type the six-character code. Rooms hosted on the same network appear automatically on Android TV, so joining takes one tap.
4. On the projector, choose a video, PDF, or presentation from your phone.
5. Press play and stay in control from the projector: play, pause, seek, volume, and 10-second skip buttons for video; page turns and layouts for documents.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your media goes only to the screen you pair with. There is no cloud copy, nothing is stored outside your own hardware, and you do not need an account.

WHAT YOU GET

- Casting from phone or tablet to Android TV, with the TV acting as a passive screen.
- Phone-to-phone sharing, so a friend can watch your video without you sending the file.
- Playback of any format the screen device handles natively, including long movies and MP4s whose index sits at the end of the file.
- PDF and PowerPoint projection. Pages and slides are rendered on your phone and sent as images, so the TV needs no extra software. PDFs add two- and four-page layouts with rotation.
- Full local network speed when both devices run Chusko on the same Wi-Fi.
- One install for both worlds. The same app shows up in your phone launcher and your Android TV launcher.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Both devices need internet access for the pairing handshake. After that, the media moves straight between them.
- Same Wi-Fi gives the fastest transfers and lets the TV discover your room on its own.
- The projector reads the file from its own storage. Chusko does not stream from URLs or cloud drives.
- Slides project as static images; animations and transitions are not reproduced.
