I got a prepaid Sim before my travel to Switzerland as a tourist. Idea was to get it activated as soon as I land. I couldn't login. Went to the airport store, they said since you did prepaid wait for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs, nothing. The authentication on their website and app simply doesnt work. Then I went to another store and he said yes it is a problem across all prepaid. He said he has done it at the store and it will get activated in a few hours. 12 hrs later, still nothing.

app broke entirely with a recent update, the error: "this app cannot run on this device due to a security risk. the app will now close." I use google pixel 9 pro, with android graphene, seems like a coding bug, since there is no security risk on the contrary

the worst ever, I don't know how in Switzerland where mostly is transparent and clear this legal scam just can operate. I paid yesterday almost 20chf for an e-Sim with unlimited mobile data and so far I've neither couldn't log in the app nor the website and I've done everything they said. At the end I had to buy an e-Sim with holafly, which is more expensive but the process just can take you way less than 10 minutes and it's working quite well. Now I don't know how to get my money back from😒

doesn't even let me login... I've downloaded it, tried to update it, cleared the cache, deleted it and started over multiple times, it just doesn't work. It keeps loading forever... and then nothing.

Seit dem neusten Update funktioniert es nicht mehr, es bleibt beim OTP hängen und lädt die Seite nicht.
