Respons Rakyat V2

​Respons Rakyat (RR)is a mobile application developed by Biro Pengaduan Awam as an official channel for citizens to submit complaints, feedback, and suggestions related to public services in a faster, easier, and more transparent manner. The main features of RR include serving as a digital complaint channel, real-time status updates, the ability for users to upload images as evidence or support for their complaints, and two-way interaction where government officers or authorities can respond directly to users through the app.
