saya nak klik permohonan amik ubat pandu lalu, tapi sebaik sahaja amik gambar depan, blkg dn hantar permohonan, asyik2 resubmitting form byk mali, nk hntr permohonan pun susah, asyik loading, baiki apps ni, nk hntr permohonan2 asyik resubmitting form..jadi gagal byk nk hantar permohonan

Blank page
What happen to this app? Unable to login since June, it only showed a white blank page. Pls fix it asap.
