Can’t get English app. Tried downloading the supposedly app in English but still appear in Chinese. Have given up after many tries.

Terrible App Taobao
Worst Customer Service Ever Seen
Very disappointed with my experience. The seller entered the wrong shipping address, and I was asked to pay extra shipping fees to receive my remaining items. This mistake was not mine, yet I am expected to bear the cost. I have already received and used about 90% of the order, so a refund is not a practical solution. I specifically made these purchases to qualify for promotional freebies, so refunding defeats the purpose entirely. Customer support only suggested a refund and then closed the chat without giving me a chance to respond. This is unacceptable. As a long-time user who has spent a significant amount on this platform and even holds VIP status, this is extremely frustrating. I hope Taobao improves its customer support and takes proper responsibility for seller mistakes, instead of asking customers to bear the consequences.
