this app is ok to look at but not good for changing appointments. every time it messed up my appointments. If you call the appointments line there is a recorded message that you can use this app to manage your appointments. do not use this app to manage your appointments call the appointments number

To improve functionality, can the app just show available dates and times to reschedule the appointment instead of clicking in to each date one by one?

401 error after SingPass login

On 29 Mar at 22:40, clicking Next on the app’s new T&C popup redirects to SingPass login. After approving the login on SingPass, the shdc.singhealth.com.sg page shows a 401 unauthorised error. The go to homepage button leads to a 0kb broken file. If I close the login popup, the app popup comes back again, and the cycle repeats. The App support link in the App Store is also a broken link, the website that opens says the page you were looking for is not available.

Pls Repair App!!

This is a vital app for medical appointments, results, reviews and payment. But lately it’s been wonky. Can’t see appointments. App keeps saying error try again later. So many of us need this. HELP US!!
