YouBiz - Business Account

The app and website is really nice and smooth. I am really happy with such a good and clean interface. For now, the software consists of all the basic requirements needed for a business. I know you people are working on adding new features that will provide more services to us, I really appreciate the hard work of your team to deliver us neat and clean software experience with smooth flow.

very horrible. incoming payment by customer not reflected and not even an notice. how can we verify the payment and process the order

Keep asking to activate fingerprint authentication even after setup many times. push notifications not working after setup too. please resolve these issues.

PayNow not working

The PayNow page on mobile app is not able to show the details. Maybe it is due to UI as I cannot scroll to the bottom.

There are a lot of features which other banks have provided for business. Can only say, this keeps everything simple and basic. Apologies, I discovered myself less and less utilizing this, shall discontinue.

Recently changed company name. They requested Acra etc. Submitted and never heard from them ever since... Wow!

Convenient

YouBiz is generally good, but there are a couple of issues: Payment Process: Adding new accounts requires logging into the web browser, which is inconvenient since it can't be done through the app. Overseas Payment Fees: The fees for international payments are a bit high.

Could be better

Seems to have occasional glitches - transactions are not immediately updated or reflected on the app. Not very reassuring at all for a banking app.
