I want to give negative star. 1. They placed bicycles along the road, outside designated areas with QR codes. 2. The bikes are faulty but you will not be able to tell when you rent it. 3. You cannot ride it and then charged $5 for "not parking it in right place". 4. Even if you talk to their customer service and they said it will be waived off, the waiver did not happen.

App decided to end the trips itself when we were resting at the park which ended up with many penaties for 2 rented bikes. There is no option to appeal and i had to pay the penaties which was really bad experience and felt like cheated
