Styrka 2.5, here's what's New Unilateral Tracking (User feedback) Track left and right sides separately. Enable in Settings to log each set as L or R — perfect for single-arm and single-leg exercises. Live Workout Timer See your elapsed time during the workout. The timer persists even if you leave and come back to the app. Repeat Recent Workout Start a new workout faster — tap "Repeat Recent" to choose from your last 3 workouts and load all exercises with your previous weights. Recently Used Exercises A new "Recent" section at the top of the exercise picker shows what you've trained in the last two weeks, so you spend less time scrolling. Last Trained Dates Each exercise now shows when you last performed it, helping you plan balanced training. Undo Deleted Sets Accidentally delete a set? A 5-second undo toast lets you restore it instantly. Improved Exercise & Template Management (User feedback) Reorganized controls in Settings for easier editing, renaming, and deleting of exercises and templates.
