If you’re not registered for Online Account Manager then no problem! Download the app and click ‘Register for Online Account Manager’. You’ll need the following details to hand:

• Last name
• Date of birth
• Postcode
• Your card details OR your account number


Personal loans: You may get an invitation within the app to apply for a personal loan over 1 to 5 years with APRs ranging from 25.9% to 43.9%.

I can no longer log into the app or its sister app Aqua. Not very good when trying to manage my account. (Hi Mera, I eventually managed to get back onto both apps this morning without the need to uninstall and reinstall. I've never experienced the aforementioned difficulty before as I always managed to log in simply with use of my PIN code, but the app was asking me to provide my username, etc. Anyway it's sorted now.)

Paying my card thru the app was so easy, easily opened the requested app and done. Now, a real pain in the neck!!! Why changing something that works??? So, I have to log into your website, it makes me less likely to use your card now, just to avoid wasting my time!!!
