The game crashed!

I purchased Little Nightmares on iPad and have experienced a serious issue with game progress saving. Despite disabling iCloud sync and Game Center, deleting and reinstalling the game, and starting completely new saves multiple times, the same problem keeps happening. The game either crashes or the save data becomes corrupted, forcing me to restart the entire progress repeatedly. My device is fully updated and has sufficient storage, so the issue does not appear to be related to my hardware or settings. It seems to be a problem with the game’s save system or compatibility with iPadOS. This has resulted in losing significant progress after spending many hours playing, which is very frustrating for a paid game. I hope this issue can be investigated and fixed in a future update.

سبق ولعبت اللعبة على جهاز XBOX لكن للامانة التجربة على الموبايل كانت جميلة جدا واستمتعت كثيرا ،، شكرا للمطورين ونتمنى اضافة الجزء الثاني من اللعبة ،، تحياتي ❤🌹

The game keeps crashing

I somehow accidentally glitch the game and anytime I boot up the game right after the “checking for downloadable data” text it crashes and kicks me out, I have a great internet connection, I hope this issue gets fixed. (Other than that the games pretty good)
