I updated yesterday, however, due to forgetting my username it will not let me reset. It continually returns me to the login page. I put in all my details but alas. Please sort this out ASAP. The old version worked perfectly.

No Transaction search - why?

Useless app - the previous one worked well so why did they change it? Having contacted customer services and spent a considerable amount of time re-downloading app etc, still no joy. It would help if the app could be loaded onto a desk top but it can't. Make it easy for people to use, or get rid of it!

Hi Peter You can access your account using the online account manager under the URL for desktop: https://portal.newdaycards.com/johnlewis/login. Please use the same login details for username and passcode as you would on the app. I hope this helps. Mera

I can't login in longer, it says the pass code is incorrect. I changed the pass code and it still says it's incorrect. unfortunately the only way to contact them is by phone, which I can't.
