The App is not loading and the screen just showing blank. The update does not immediately show as well.

I'm about to start my treatment, and the app stops working. It always says "no internet connection" and doesn't load the information. Thrash app & no recourse.

Whoever designed and built this app is a better salesperson than developer. The app is absolute garbage, but they somehow managed to swindle clinics into using this for patient communication, and actually get paid for it. I received instructions on the app once, and it stopped working. I deleted and reinstalled, the one of the meds showed up, and nothing else. Definitely can't rely on this app. Not expecting flashy user interface, but why does it look like it was built during the cold war?

The app is handy for receiving medication and clinic instructions but I felt compelled to review for a different reason. My app updated unbeknownst to me right in the middle of an FET cycle. When I went to check my instructions, I received an error re no internet connection. I tried everything but it would not work. I reached out to the developers and had a reply within hours and constant communication throughout the day. They released another update and it fixed the bug. Customer support 10/10!
