This app requires Spotify premium account. Response to developer's reply: Regardless of Spotify's API restrictions, the user experience is lacking. If the watch's native controller manage Spotify free account to play/pause music for free via Bluetooth, your app should find a way to offer a lite version the does the same.

Hi! Yes, that's correct. Our app relies on Spotify's official API to control playback on your watch, and Spotify requires a Premium account for these remote features to function. This is a limitation on Spotify's side, not a decision made by our app. Thank you for your understanding!

Developing and maintaining a companion app for various devices takes significant time and resources, which the one-time fee supports.
