the experience obtaining and riding the bike was fine but ecobici sent me an email after I returned the bike telling me that I had a random additional charge. then they charged my card, and didn't say what the charge was for. both times I returned the bike in less than an hour -30 minutes the first time, 45 minutes the second time. so I certainly didn't go over the time as it was a day pass. in trying to communicate on their WhatsApp, it's impossible to speak to an agent. don't recommend

It's been a good experience so far; they just need more maintenance on many bikes that don't have working bells or lights.

dificilmente encuentras bicis que funcionen correctamente. últimamente las estaciones no indican si está fuera de servicio. Por el momento no es un servicio confiable
