I'm going to need another case with Cisco because they refuse to update the app on a regular enough basis so it doesn't break.

often receive phone connectivity issues i.e. the phone function is totally lost Calls cannot be too long or it gets cut off. if you respond to a message conversation via the app - it is not seen on the main Jabber function on your laptop. the entire conversation vanishes.
