This app is a great introduction to EMDR and bi-lateral stimulation. It's nice how the tracks provide synchronized eye movement and audio beats, which can also be combined with tapping, for the user to find what combination works best for them. The effect is magical. Even for people without clinical anxiety this is a great tool for letting go of sticky thoughts, it should be taught to everyone.

I was a bit sceptical about using an app for something like EMDR, as I’ve always felt this kind of work is probably best done with a therapist. That said, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I’ve been using it around specific situations in my life that usually trigger a lot of anxiety, and it does seem to take the edge off in a noticeable way. The guided sessions are well structured and easy to follow, which makes it accessible when you’re dealing with things in the moment.
