I want the watch face to stay the color I choose. instead it turns black im assuming due to battery. I already went through settings and nothing helps.

Try reinstalling watch faces. No one has reported any such issues. Send me an email with details about the watch, etc.

I like this watch face a lot. It's very professionally made but I would like it more if it offered additional colours, specifically orange for the hands.

I'm torn, I love this watch face, however on a new TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro it looks great in orange, however I can't change the colours on the watch face to other colours. The process lets you select the colour but the face stays orange. Beautiful watch face but just couldn't get it to work...sorry.

Hi. Thank you. Try reinstalling the watch faces. Maybe a system error. Thousands of installations and I haven't had any problems like this.
