I was invited to obtain this via the natwest app. I tried to register but my account was not recognised. On phoning, I was then advised that I had to apply for a new bank account. All very misleading and a waste of everyone's time.

the app is just the website but slower. browsing through the app is laggy and unresponsive. not great for a premier offering :(
