100GB Plan Didn’t Solve Storage Issue

I subscribed to the 100GB plan to increase my storage, but it didn’t change, and my account is still full. I expected the 100GB to be added to my current storage, but that didn’t happen. I haven’t benefited from the plan and need the issue fixed or a refund.
