لا انصح احد بالتعامل مع هذا التطبيق حيث واجهت مشكلة من يوم ٢ ابريل بعد تنشيط البطاقة بالمملكة و لكن لم استطيع السحب نقدي بها من مصر و خدمة العملاء موجودة لتسجيل الشكاوي فقط و ليس لحل المشكلة. تعديل 1 مشكلتي لم تحل و سوف اقوم بالتصعيد الي samacares.sa اليوم لن ادفع مقابل اصدار بطاقة جديدة لان البطاقة القديمة فيها مشكلة تصنيعية او تقنية و ذلك ما اخبرني به موظف خدمة العملاء طرفكم و سوف يقوم لاحقا بإعادة الرسوم لا اري ان الحل من طرفكم مجدي تماما

لي اكثر من شهرين مقدم طلب فتح حساب جديد ولا قبلوا الطلب وكل ما تتصل بخدمة العملاء ماهم عارفين السبب كل شوية سبب جديد عجيب وغير صحيح !! والجملة الشهيرة رفعنا لك تذكرة وخلال 5 ايام عمل راح يتواصلوا معاك ولا في اي استجابة !!!

Worst Experience, Money Transfer failure & No support

Don’t trust this app. Every-time you try to send money in an emergency situation or normal situation, it gets stuck. Their support is poor, responses are delayed, and there is no proper resolution on time. If you want to send money to your family then please avoid this app. It’s a bad choice. This isn’t a one time issue, it happens repeatedly and causes serious inconvenience and stress.

It’s a fraud and scam digital bank. Don’t download and use it. After your transaction they will hold the money and it will be in problem. They don’t have office to visit and follow up. Just they have server. It’s very bad and worst experience with this fraud bank. Too many in trouble now.
