Why am i paying booking fees !

Payment gateway fees should not be added as booking fees and i get charged more just cuz i used the app. Users should be encouraged to use the app for booking but this is just going to discourage people. I am for one not going to use the app because of this fee.

سي التطبيق جدا صعب التسجيل والوصول مية حساب اعمل وكل شوي يرسل رمز واحطه ويرفض ومايرسل ع الايميل رساله وماعد يرسل بعدها سي جداً واسعارهم غاليه

After purchasing tickets for Muvi suites worth 1000SAR I was not able to get a refund on the ticket when the local team rejected my entrance to the movie.
