I'm frozen on the intro screen it won't let me get past it and so now I can't use the app. ended up contacting Android support and the app started working again before they did anything. however the issue has begun again and it's aggravating

We continue to work to try to determine the cause and to fix it, but given the problem is not happening to us and is intermittent on your device (and appears not to affect any other customers) this is proving hard. Very good for learning the theory test but the amount of times that I have swiped out of a test because I was swiping to the next question and accidentally went out of the mock test 38 questions in, is uncountable. Please add an "are you sure" message to prevent this... so that me and others don't accidentally swipe out so late into the tests Edit: thank you for the reply and your efforts to make the app better :)

Bought this app on the 10th of June 2025. passed my theory test on 7 August 2025. why I use this app instead of a book? *I use this app because you only need to buy it once *each or every other year questions will be updated on this app. this means you don't have to pay again compared to buying a new theory book every 2 years or something. This app makes it easier to know what questions you got wrong, how many questions you have answered and how many are least seen.

The timer keeps going down even after the test is graded and I'm trying to write down what I got wrong as notes?

Hi Charlie, I am not sure I understand why that would be a problem. The timer only triggers marking when it reaches zero. If you have already marked your test, then the timer continuing to count down doesn't really have any impact on your continued review of the answers and the marking of your answers.
