I sure am hoping there's an update for Android that solves the problem this year. Last year I gave up on the app. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it maybe 10 times in the past couple weeks. Sometimes it works for a while but mostly it doesn't. Cornell will get more timely data if I can enter it in the field.

Our programmers are aware & working on a solution, but in the meantime, please try clearing the app cache and storage on your device before uninstalling/resinstalling the app. This extra step should help your data appear as normal.

App is non-functional on Samsung 25+ running one UI 8 / Android 16. Home screen accurately reflects this year's data, but the my nests tab doesn't load at all, and the nests don't appear on my map. As a result, I'm unable to enter data on the app and my entries are being delayed.

Please also note that it appears you were trying to log in during a global AWS outage - this affected many systems worldwide, including our account login system. This issue has since resolved, and your credentials should work as normal.
