I have been buying taste the difference products to get the bonus points. the other day I bought something that didnt say td on the receipt so it wasnt included. today I went to my local sainsburys and not only have the 2 td products gone on but also my 27 points. so I am having to buy more td products which defeats the bonus points. also my 10 bonus points for my bananas havnt gone on either. today is 22/9/26.

From a user perspective, this consistently fails to do the one thing you rely on it to do; open the QR code so you can scan at checkout The result is you miss the benefits of the whole reward programme. To the product team - the QR code should be shown on the users loading screen so regardless of if there are problems with the app, spotty signal etc etc you can still get to your QR code.
