Dear SSS, I would like to report an issue regarding the delayed SMS OTP when logging in to my SSS account. Every time I log in, I am required to request an OTP, but the SMS often arrives very late. Sometimes it takes several minutes before I receive the OTP, and by the time it arrives, it may already be expired or unusable. This makes it difficult and frustrating to access my account. I hope SSS can investigate the OTP delivery system and fix this recurring issue. Thank you.
