You need a better inactivity indicators tired of being suspended I literally just started match was choosing my build and I timeout after 20 seconds. I'm leaving this here cause clearly this garners attention faster than the forums.

Loyal since Warcraft 1, I’ve stayed for every expansion, but I can’t solo a 2026 security breach. My account was compromised, yet despite decades of loyalty, Blizzard’s support is as unresponsive as a disconnected server. It’s disheartening to see a legendary legacy met with such silence. I’m not looking for a legendary drop—just my access back. For a company built on 'Epic' experiences, this support ghosting is a critical fail. The latest update (29/7/25) the app has gotten faster when switching tabs at the top of the app, however if I go to another app of phone home display then return to battlenet app it's still slow and shows "connecting" so not fast learner ike Facebook Messenger yet. Remove the "text link" from Gifs sent on chat still .

App has been stuck on the "Connecting..." page for more than 2 years now. Unacceptable standards, can't even fix the app after such a long time. Not that I expected much anyway, given how Blizzard can't be bothered to acknowledge the cross-play spectating bug that has existed since the launch of Overwatch 2
