Hello Anthony, what happens when you try to login with your DigiD? Do you get an error message? It is correct that the app is only available in Dutch.

does not support English language which is not a big problem, but it also does not allow screenshots therefore I cannot easily translate parts which I don't yet understand in Dutch

Hello, I'm sorry to read that the app isn't convenient for you. In the coming months, it will be possible to take screenshots. For now, you can use the 'Mijn toeslagen' portal to report the change. This is in the browser and here you can translate it to English.
