Slow, 4-7-8 and 4-4-4-4. Breathe along with a ring on the picture as it grows and shrinks. The sound swells and fades at the same pace, so you can keep going with the screen off.
■ Fade to sleep
15, 30 or 60 minutes. The sound gets deeper as well as quieter, softening the high tones bit by bit, then stops on its own.
