I purchased a premium membership that iv had for almost a year. I have 4 months left. I switched from iPhone to android. THE ONLY WAY TO GET HELP IS READ THE Q&A? I followed all instructions given and googled a bunch of alternatives but NOTHING will restore. not my info. not my PAID membership. please fix this because I very much resent using an app that I paid for and I can't pick up where I left off. I'll change my review rating when someone (a real human being) reaches out.

not paying for words this close to being cool Edit: you are charging to explain words that WILL outlive you. Just because you made an app to do a daily Google search doesnt warrant money or profits of any sort. This could be helping the literacy crisis yet greed strikes again.... *Also telling someone to just cancel the subscription within 24 hours to avoid paying is insane.

Thanks for your feedback about the app. Because of the time and resources we need to create and maintain our apps, we do offer a paid Premium membership. But if you cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends, you can continue using our ad-sponsored version for free.

It genuinely gives terrible vocabulary words. maybe if you're learning English, or are in middle school you might see some benefit. I'm not trying to be conceited, it genuinely gave me the word churro today and maternal yesterday. It'll give you very basic words, and like niche scientific terms. I think maybe it just randomly picks from every word ever and I've got bad rng.
