This app is a mess & pointless if you already have a season pass. Hoped to link my pass to the app, instead couldn't find anywhere to do so & froze/crashed while entering the personal info (for the 2nd time). Confusing to navigate the app as it seems mostly just for purchasing (most sections of the app will take you there even if not intended). The maps are a joke as nothing more than scanned copies that won't zoom out to see the mountain. It took Cypress 5 years to respond to this comment.

I am having a very difficult time downloading this app onto my phone. I have phoned and left messages many times, but I don't get any answers and no one phones me back. I was told I needed to look on the app to see my son's evaluation report from his ski lesson, but I can't see it because i can't download the app. I am very frustrated by the poor customer service of Cypress Mountain.

I started a tracking session and the app crashed and now crashes everytime I open it. I would like to log my sessions on the leaderboard since there is a contest but I have no way to do that. Please fix
