it's the most horrible service i've ever bought, for this instance i've bought a yearly plan which consists of unlimited 5g (with 510 gb max speed allowance which should be around 100 even up to 200 mbps). but for almost 3 weeks of experience not even full 3 days of peaceful usage, i've been stuck on 0.8 - 3 mbps for around 2 weeks already, and when my friend contacted the service its always the same reasoning over and over again, never getting actual fixes. i do get 5g here but not it's speed.

How do I redeem the bonus points? Whenever I try to redeem them thru the app, it only says, "...the system is busy...." and it's always been like this for the past week.🤔
